ABout us

The Exhibit Wines project is run out of a winery in Norfolk County called Front Road Cellars. The project was born out of a desire to make interesting wines that overdeliver on quality relative to price. I get that sounds like the kind of trite thing every winery says, but it's the ethos around here. The goal is to source, or grow fruit all over Ontario (I work for, or with, growers in Huron, Elgin, Niagara, and Norfolk Counties). The wines are made without frills, simple and elegant.

Current Wine Offerings

Exhibit A

“joyous abstraction”

Exhibit A is an equal blend of Riesling and Chardonnay. Both wines were harvested, pressed, fermented, and aged on lees in neutral French oak. The nose of Exhibit A shows ripe tropical citrus, apple, and a hint of baking spice. This is a wine of body and texture. On the palate; Exhibit A shows light oak and pear, with a persistent and pleasant finish. Best enjoyed 2024-2027.

Exhibit B

“season finale”

Indulge in the rich and luscious flavors of Exhibit B, ‘the Season Finale’, a beautifully crafted Sunset Harvest Vidal. Bursting with aromas of ripe apricots, honey, and tropical fruits, this wine delights the senses. On the palate, it offers a smooth balance of sweetness, with notes of juicy peach, golden apple, and a hint of citrus zest. Exhibit C

“This must be the place”

Exhibit C is a smooth and inviting medium-bodied Baco Noir that captures the essence of ripe dark berries, earthy undertones, and a touch of spice.
